Mô tả Công Việc
- Responsible for all operational activities conducted in R&D Fish farming especially for indoor system.
- Assign, supervise and motivate the indoor team to increase the its performance and efficiency.
- Monitor the application of Global GAP standard at farm.
- Be back up for Farm Supervisor.
- Location: Vinh Long

Yêu cầu Công Việc
- Bsc or MSc. in aquaculture with knowledge of farm practice management and fish health management
- Proficient in English oral and written communication
- Trained in the following schemes is an advantage: GLOBALGAP, VIETGAP
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in aquaculture sector
- Experience in the laboratory, Quality System Management and farm management
Interested applicants must also be:
- High level of integrity
- Quality minded
- Strong communication skills
-Proactive and a positive thinker -Enthusiastic and eager to learn - Reliable and responsible
- A team player with good coordination and social skills
- Proficient in English oral and written communication
