Report to: Plant Manager
Role: Own the results of Key Performance Measures, including the establishment of policies and procedures, and the assignment of the responsibilities necessary to sustain the measures and improve future performance.

Yêu cầu Công Việc

- Own the relative Production KPI’s included Production Volume; Production productivity; Lines efficiency; Downtime; Yield loss; production breakage/waste…
- Own the Production cost controls included materials & labor (VMC); Overtime control
- Work out with Quality, Maintenance and other departments to deliver production volume in strictly compliance with the company Quality policy & commitment.
- Work out with Warehouse (WH) to assure smooth transactions of Materials & Finished Goods b/w production & WH in strictly compliance with I2C procedure.
- Own the Production Process modification & optimization to break down limitations/barriers for capacity; productivity or quality improvements
- Work out closely with PA (Product Availability) to prepare and post Daily Production Schedule – ensure adequate trained manpower to meet plan
- Other duties and projects as assigned by line manager.
- Experience at least 3 years in current position or the same scope.
- Experience in process optimization for capacity/productivity or quality improvement
- Technical University graduation in major Mechanical/ Electric/ Automation/ Food Technology
- Good communication skills in English: speaking, writing, listening, reading & in translating technical documents
- Good basic knowledge of GMP/ HACCP application for Beverages/Foods industries is an advantage
- Experience in working under high pressure/ tough realism is an advantage
- Proactive/ team work/ financial skill in middle range
- Responsible, good management skill; good leadership skill.
